I am a public transport commuter and with travel times sometimes up to an hour you need to entertain yourself; some listen to music, some sleep, some read. I am a reader. I go though about a book a week . I have read some trash (not naming any authors) and I have read some ace classics.
Since march I have had a kindle which, has most definitely changed my reading habits as I can check out the first chapters before I have to pay. The only thing that annoys me is that if I want to read read one of my owned books is that I need to buy a new one.
I hope in the future the publishers will introduce a system when you buy a book and get a download code for the ebook version, they already do this with Movies with a triple play pack;DVD, Blueray and digital download. I do still enjoy reading traditional books. When I read “Dance of Dragons” I switched between the paperback and the ebook.
At present I am re-reading “The interview with the Vampire”
