Last week we had our first real snow fall (we won’t count the October dusting that we had). As well as snow the thermometer dropped to -9 over the weekend which, turned the city into white frozen landscapes.
The first picture got alto of likes on Instagram and Facebook that i thought i would share it here. Taken at about 8am as i was heading into the office on Saturday. What caught my eye was the white on the bush and the way ice had transformed the bush into crystals.
The second was taken later in the day. I just love the blue sky and winter sun lighting the seeds with their brown tones of autumn contrasted with the ice white of winter. What do you think of the images? As usual let me know using the comment box below
