Milky Smooth Water

IMG_4681-Edit-EditOne of my wisest buys of the year so far was my Variable Neutral Density filter. I have used this filter a lot and have been pleased with the outcomes.

The above picture was taken with a 30 second exposure in bright sunlight in the middle of the day. The long exposure is what i wanted and got using the ND filter to turn the water milky white.

Balanced in lightroom and converted to black and white with Silver Efex.
