Exposure fusion then balanced in Lightroom, Black and white processing in photoshop with lens blur effect via Alien skin and colourization through colour balance.
This image really called for a spooky effect and I think I did it.

awesome effect…could definitely be used in a spooky situation but it is cool!
I have just watched the Conjuring and I now have the feeling the image could be used for a horror film poster.
lol…I don’t watch spooky/horror/scary movies…but yes certainly could imagine this in one,
