Unfurling Spring

Unfurling Spring

ISO 200, 300mm f5.6 1/125

This is another shot I shared on #blogphotochat last week. I have no idea what this flower is but it flowered about a 3 days after I took this shot. I was drawn  to this flower because of the fury buds and really textured petals that were unfurling .
I used F5.6 to make sure the background was blurred but also to give me enough DoF to have most of the bud in focus.

Processed solely in Lightroom
