When I saw this scene it screamed black and white and contrast.

Hmmm, The Shining keeps coming to mind 🙂
It does have an empty feeling to it something like a ghost ship or hotel.
Great comment.
I think you are right, Ben. Good vision. Works very well and the perspective is good.
Thanks Andrew, I usually try and pre-visualize an image as much as I can.
It glows! Great shot. 🙂
It does glow, this is partially due to the HDR process and then the removal of clarity in some places.
Thanks for commenting.
I love Maya’s comment. It really has a mysterious look to it.
Maya’s comment was great, I think the mystery is that there is a lack of information in the image, it is an elegant room but what room is it, who lives/lived there. The lack of knowing creates the mystery.
Thanks for your comment Laura.
Yes that’s it Ben….the fact that it’s empty creates the mystery. I love that. You’re welcome 🙂
That glow is truly surreal. Excellent image.
Thanks Robin,
Very nice photo, I love the symmetry!
Thanks you and thanks for commenting.
