Street Photography in the Woods

This is actually from last years mushroom season but never got round to posting it. I was inspired to look back through my mushroom picking pictures after reading an article this week discussing the decline in wild mushrooms in England’s forest due to illegal mushroom pickers. I know in Poland it is not illegal to pick mushrooms but to sell the ones you pick you must have a license to sell them.

I am not sure why I didn’t share it last year, because I quite like this picture, it has a street photography feel while being in the woods. The shallow focus, action caught in the frame and people going about their business. I will have to try and capture more like these next year.

Just a reminder that you have until the 6th of november to vote in the before and after forums poll, which will choose the image the participants will be editing for the half year post. Head here to vote.
