This is one of the many amphitheatres in the city. Although I have never seen one used I am guessing that they are still in use. I first came across this one in the summer but with all the green in the trees it didn’t quite work for me. Returning in the autumn the colours just punched me in the face; the mixture of golden oranges of the leaves and the yellow of the stage complimenting the green of the grass. I did crop the top of one of the trees off because going wider would have ruined the balance of the composition.
I created the image with Exposure Fusion and then edited in Lightroom.

I would have cloned out the green rubbish bin but otherwise its a cracker.
To be honest I thought about doing that, but something inside me said to keep it in. I think will tone down the green in them maybe.
