I have to say after many experiments I feel that Topaz Lens Filters “Tilt Shift” effect is actually not to bad when compared to the native photoshop effect.
This image was partially inspired by the intro to BBC’s Sherlock. I balanced the image in Lightroom and added the Tilt Shift effect from topaz filters and then used Topaz to add a Lomo styled effect.
